Welcome to the Web site of The
Villages at Pebblebrook Homeowners Association, Inc. a not-for-profit
corporation. The Villages at Pebblebrook is a residential community of 197 homes
located near Pebblebrook Golf Course in the western part of Noblesville Township.

Our community was developed between 1992 and 1997 by The Estridge Companies.
Our Certificate of Incorporation was issued on November 20, 1992, as were our
By-Laws. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions was filed on
July 8, 1992.
The Villages at Pebblebrook Homeowners Association is made up of an elected
Board of Directors, the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. All
elected board members are homeowners. Any resident in good standing (current
with dues payments) of The Villages at Pebblebrook can become an elected member
of the board.
Our mission is to promote neighborhood involvement and improve the quality of
life in our community. While improving and maintaining the value of our homes.
Please take pride in our community. The Villages at Pebblebrook is YOUR
neighborhood, so lets all keep it clean, safe and enjoyable.

Speed Study
Do you think vehicles are driving too
fast in the neighborhood? Well one homeowner did and he filed a complaint
with the Noblesville Police Department. They conducted a stealth speed
study and the results found that there was not a speeding problem in
the neighborhood. Click here
