The Pebblebrook Amenity Association is responsible for the pool, basketball and tennis courts, the playground, and the common areas around these facilities.  The largest portion of the dues you pay to our association each year are transferred to the Amenity Association with the majority going to cover the cost of operating the pool.  The only homeowners who pay into the Amenity Association are the 197 homes in the The Villages at Pebblebrook and the 40 homeowners that are in Augusta Village.  The other associations do not have privileges at the pool and other recreational facilities.  The only exception is that when the neighborhood was built the owners of the condos were offered the ability to pay a yearly fee in order to use these facilities and at last count there were only a few condo owners that took advantage of that offer.
